Columbia University Trustees Are Financiers’ Front To Crush Protests and Eradicate Truth

Columbia University student demonstrations for Palestinian statehood, and against the ongoing Israeli genocide were met by a Board of Trustees’ response that involved major deployment of police, and the attempt to shut down all discussion, and outlaw any change of U.S. policy.

This is part of a process that includes 2,500 students arrested nationwide, and has seen Presidential candidates Joe Biden and Donald Trump, and the media attempting thug-like to silence, expel, and crush the forces pursuing morality in the United States.

Columbia’s Board of Trustees gives an insight into the City of London-Wall Street scum that have directed this iron-fisted lesson, to students and to all American citizens, assisted by Rebecca Weiner, the head of the Israeli-linked NYPD Intelligence and Counterterrorism Bureau. She is also an adjunct professor at Columbia University (see May 4 briefing).

Ten of the 24 members of Columbia’s Board of Trustees are either top forces in the Bank of England, the IMF, the City of London-Wall Street axis, the media, or the military industry.

• Nemat Minouche Shafik, President of Columbia University. Born in Alexandria, Egypt, to Muslim parents, her family moved to the U.S. when she was four. She has served most of her adult life on behalf of the British Empire. Shafik got her masters degree at the London School of Economics, and her PhD in economics at St. Anthony’s College, Oxford. She served, from 2011 until early 2014, as the IMF’s Deputy Managing Director, and then from 2014 until 2017, held the post of Deputy Governor of the Bank of England (for Markets and Banking), managing the world’s financial system, serving under Governor Mark Carney. In 2015, Queen Elizabeth II made Shafik, who has joint British-American citizenship, a Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire. From 2017 through 2023, Shafik was president and vice chancellor of the Fabian London School of Economics.

In 2020, Queen Elizabeth made Shafik nobility, conferring her a member of the House of Lords. In October 2023, Shafik took a leave of absence from the House of Lords to become president of Columbia University. On April 17, 2024, Shafik was called to testify before Congress on the issue of “anti-Semitism” by Rep. Elise Stefanik, a fervent Trump supporter, who treated Shafik as a left-liberal.

• David Greenwald is chairman of the Columbia Board of Trustees. In 1994, Greenwald joined Goldman Sachs’ legal department. He was made a partner in Goldman Sachs in 2000. From 2014 until 2024, he was chairman of the Fried Frank law firm, which is one of the principal legal operatives for the Anti-Defamation League, an intimidation machine under the guise of fighting anti-Semitism.

• Jeh Johnson is a partner in the law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, another principal legal operative for the ADL. Johnson was Obama’s Secretary of Homeland Security, and is a board member of Lockheed Martin, the world’s second-largest military contractor.

• Dean Dakolias is the chief investment officer of the Fortress Credit Funds, an asset- management company.

• Keith Goggin is a Trustee of Columbia. For 22 years, he worked in official positions at the New York and American Stock Exchanges. Among his roles at the American Stock Exchange, he was the research manager for the Exchange’s Derivatives Securities Division, and spent a considerable portion of his life expanding derivatives trading and other speculative markets.

Other of the 6,000 colleges, public or private, in America have boards of trustees which are similar in character and make-up as Columbia, but with maybe a few less high-profile trustees. The control of American colleges by the City of London-Wall Street axis means that no real knowledge is transmitted, nor positive culture or truth communicated. They are enforcement arms, against telling what slaughter is carried out in Ukraine or Palestine or elsewhere, in order to give a few days’ more life to a bankrupt world financial system.
