Israeli Police Turn Water Cannons on Anti-Netanyahu Protesters, Injure 3

Three Israelis were hospitalized after police struck them by water cannon outside the home of Prime Minister Netanyahu. One of the injured was a volunteer, Dr. Tal Weissbach, who was standing off to the side of the road. She was wearing a bright orange vest marking her as a medic, so that she could be easily spotted by those seeking treatment. A photo shows Dr. Weissbach with blood coming out of her eye. Medics took two other protesters to Jerusalem hospitals. One of them was unconscious after being struck by the water cannon and the other—a 63-year-old woman—was severely injured after being thrown into a wall.
