June 27(EIRNS) — A potentially serious crisis among Ethiopia, Egypt and Sudan over the filling of the reservoir of the GERD dam project in Ethiopia has been averted with talks toward an agreement to being resumed. Minister of Water Resources of Ethiopia, Seleshi Bekele, posted on his twitter account that the three countries will reach an agreement in two to three weeks times.
