Speaking to reporters on Monday following a meeting near Berlin with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, French President Emmanuel Macron denounced Turkey’s activities in Libya, including having increasedits military presence “and massively re-imported jihadist fighters from Syria” even after foreign powers agreed earlier this year to end their meddling and respect a UN arms embargo, reported Agence France-Presse (AFP) today.
