A summit of the leaders of the Permanent Five members of the UN Security Council, to hammer out a coordinated, collaborative approach to the economic, strategic, and health issues facing the world today, is a necessity and a very real possibility. It is through freeing these leaders to meet and discuss, without a divide-and-conquer context, that a world approach to the coronavirus could succeed in driving down infection rates, saving many lives, and making it possible to jump-start an economic miracle unlike any other in history. Not only will the United States grow, as it grew under the New Deal; not only will China continue to grow, as it has in its meteoric rise over the past years; but all nations should be empowered to develop in a world free from the still-ongoing control of the disgusting slime-mold of predatory finance.
There is much to learn from other nations. Some countries — not all of them well-off! — have done an excellent job combatting COVID-19, while others have had difficulty, due to political foolishness, a lack of health care, and cultural outlooks that hinder the adoption of public health measures. It is crucial that Trump participate in a summit of leaders of other great nations. It may even help the United States to improve its coronavirus response, which threatens the electoral chances of President Donald Trump.
It is of paramount importance to make use of the recent revelations about the premeditated, fabricated, absurd hoax that was Russiagate — the cockamamie notion that Vladimir Putin put Donald Trump in office by using Guccifer 2.0 to hack the DNC and provide WikiLeaks with material damaging to Hillary Clinton, and continues to control him to this day. Exploding this myth will help defeat the efforts to prevent cooperation among the great powers of the world.
Since President Trump commuted his sentence, Roger Stone is now free to tell the world about Bill Binney’s demonstration that the supposed evidence of a Russian hack of Democratic Party didn’t exist. He was barred by the judge from presenting this fact in his trial. Stone was able to present this in an interview with Sean Hannity, whose show draws a large audience. Stone said: “And thirdly, we don’t even know that Guccifer 2.0 is a Russian asset. Just because John Brennan said something is true, he said the Steele dossier was real, too. So, just because they assert something doesn’t mean it’s true.
“I could have proved at trial using forensic evidence and expert testimony from fellows like Bill Binney, former NSA counterintelligence expert, and Ray McGovern, that no one hacked the DNC, that there was no online hack of the DNC, that the information based on the download times was downloaded to a portable disk and taken out the back door. But I wasn’t allowed to present that defense because Judge Jackson would not allow it.” This assault on the first central component of Russiagate is causing conniptions among Mueller and company.
And the release by Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham of redacted transcripts of the conversations the FBI had with Steele’s “primary sub-source” shows that British intelligence, as well as the FBI, were well aware that the material of that dossier was unverified and indeed fraudulent, akin to a fictional spy thriller. This is part two of the Russiagate hoax. Following a British court’s ruling that Steele had made false statements, President Trump called for him to be extradited to the United States.
Sleepy Joe Biden still lamely claims that Russia is out to destroy American democracy, throwing in an attack on China to show that opposing that nation is part of a bipartisan establishment consensus: “The Russians are still engaged, trying to de-legitimize our electoral process. Fact. China and others are engaged as well in activities designed for us to lose confidence in the outcome.”
In this context, the EIR press conference this Thursday, July 23, featuring Bill Binney and other intelligence professionals, serves as a major fulcrum for destroying the Russiagate myth and addressing the reasons it was conceived out of whole cloth in the first place.
