Like enraged pyromaniacs, the British Empire and their American Leporellos* have been spending their every waking hour doing all in their power to make sure that the Presidents of the United States, China and Russia do not and cannot meet in a heads of state summit, such as that proposed by Russian President Vladimir Putin for a September meetings of the heads of the Permanent Five members of the UN Security Council.
On July 20, the British government suspended an extradition treaty and suspended arms sales with Hong Kong, in retaliation against China for that country’s new Hong Kong Security legislation. On July 21, the British Parliament released an insulting, unfounded attack on Russia for purportedly “interfering” in British elections. Over the last 72 hours, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and Defense Secretary Mark Esper have dished out insult upon threat to both Russia and China, in such locations as London’s Henry Jackson Society and the IISS — in much the same way that Henry Kissinger back in 1982 used London’s Chatham House (RIIA) to publicly assure the British that he took orders from them, and not the American President.
And then in the late afternoon of July 21, Pompeo’s State Department peremptorily ordered the Chinese government to shut down their consulate in Houston within 72 hours, purportedly to “protect American intellectual property and Americans’ private property.” The Chinese response was swift and sharp, warning that “the unprecedented escalation” would meet with China’s “legitimate and necessary reactions.” A Chinese expert on American studies at Fudan University in Shanghai, Xin Qiang, told Global Times that “it seems that easing Chinese-U.S. relations is almost impossible during the Trump Administration.”
If that forecast becomes reality, it will be as music to London’s ears.
And yet an entirely different outcome is possible, if President Donald Trump can be broken free of the British-orchestrated agenda of confrontation. A decisive factor in such a strategic course correction resides in the press conference by former NSA Technical Director William Binney, on Thursday July 23 at 11:00 a.m. EDT. In a March 25, 2003 release headlined “War, Hitler, and Cheney,” Lyndon LaRouche wrote: “The leading war-makers inside the Bush Administration today are mere lackeys, nasty pimps like the Leporello of Mozart’s famous opera. These real-life Leporellos, such as the politically pimpish Wolfowitz and Ashcroft, were spawned, chiefly, by Chicago University and associated circles of a prominent fascist ideologue, the late Professor Leo Strauss. This Strauss was a follower of the Carl Schmitt who crafted the law under which Hitler became dictator of Germany.… However, like the Nazi SS enforcers, lackeys Wolfowitz, Perle, Bolton, Wurmser, Feith, and so on, are merely expendable hoodlums adorned with political motley. To understand them, you must look to those who created them and put them into their present positions.”
