Former British Ambassador Craig Murray, who has been a leading defender of Julian Assange and an acquaintance of Bill Binney, posted a link to the Schiller Institute website broadcast of the press conference today with Binney, and was met by a flurry of attacks on the Schiller Institute. “UPDATE — Since posting the link to Bill Binney’s talk, a number of people have been in touch to allege that the hosting organisation, the Schiller Institute, has an objectionable right wing or even racist agenda. I am not aware and have no time now to research. I am however 100% certain that Bill Binney, whom I know, is neither right wing nor in any sense racist, and that he has very important things to say. This does not constitute either an endorsement or a condemnation of the Schiller Institute or anybody else who may be present or speaking.
