A panel took place Saturday afternoon, sponsored by the Schiller Institute and following its press conference “to bury `Russiagate’ for good,” which discussed how the exoneration of Lyndon LaRouche from his unjust persecution and vilification while alive, would set loose the power of his ideas of human development as his legacy. Participating were Schiller Institute Chairwoman Helga Zepp-LaRouche, former NSA Technical Director William Binney who is seeking to bury Russiagate and the unjust powers of the intelligence agencies, and Michael Billington and Dennis Small who were imprisoned with LaRouche.
Helga Zepp-LaRouche, who has been fighting for this cause and for LaRouche’s “World Land-Bridge” grand design since 1989, referred to this domination of British intelligence and its U.S. junior-partner agencies as “a permanent system of injustice.” But she said it can now be ended, and concluded with this comment.
“We are looking at the end of an epoch. You could have a complete financial blowout of the system, a collapse which would be triggered by either the default of an emerging country or U.S. corporate debt; and the money-pumping which we have seen the central banks doing in the last period, cannot continue forever. And there are still many mines which could detonate the system….
“But there is one realistic option on the table, because since January, President Putin has actually proposed a summit of the Permanent 5 members of the UN Security Council. All four other countries – the United States, China, France and Great Britain – have already agreed that such a summit is a good idea. That was also the subject of the discussion by telephone of Presidents Trump and Putin on Thursday, just a few days ago. And we know that all the subjects have been submitted, all the topics have been prepared. So that, in all likelihood, could happen, hopefully no later than September.
“And I think that is the one point where you could preempt the situation from getting out of control. If the five leaders of those five countries – French President Macron has recently said that he wants to strengthen the cooperation with Russia and China. And Boris Johnson has made his FDR proposal – it’s too small, because it’s only £5 billion so far, but it is the right kind of thinking, to go in the direction of FDR. If all countries would agree that you need the kind of reorganization of the system as it was intended by Franklin D. Roosevelt … — the most important aspect was the development of the developing countries –But to go into the summit and say, `In the spirit of FDR,’ whom all these Presidents and heads of state have said something positive about in the past, that they would agree that we need to address the collapsing system … that the leaders of these Permanent 5 UN Security Council countries declare that we need a New Bretton Woods system; that it is agreed upon; and that it will take care of creating a health system for every single country on the planet, because this is the only way you make sure that this pandemic can be defeated … and that is only possible if you industrialized the developing countries. Give them infrastructure, great agricultural development; double the food production. Do all of these things which the presently living human beings on this planet need.
“Now if such a summit would come out with such a message … it would send such a message of hope, that it could change the situation instantly. And I think it would impact in the best possible way, the domestic situation in every country on this planet as well. So if you agree, that a new system is needed, a new paradigm of international relations, then help us organize so that people understand that and support President Trump to do exactly that.”
