White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows told Fox News’ Maria Bartiromo July 19 that as a result of U.S. Attorney John Durham’s investigation into FBI misconduct in the Russiagate hoax, he expects people will be indicted, and that “damning details” would soon be made public on the extent of FBI malfeasance.
“I think the American people expect indictments—I know I expect indictments based on the evidence I’ve seen,” he said. Meadows praised Judiciary Committee chairman Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) for getting out the explosive report from Christopher Steele’s sub-source, and former FBI agent Peter Strozk’s notes containing exculpatory evidence on Gen. Michael Flynn, adding that “you’re going to see a couple of other documents come out in the coming days that will suggest that not only was the [Trump] campaign spied on, but the FBI did not act appropriately as they were investigating. It’s all starting to unravel, and I tell you, it’s time that people go to jail and people are indicted.”
