Elon Musk said that “China rocks, in my opinion. The energy in China is great,” in an interview with Automotive News publisher Jason Stein. “There are a lot of smart, hard- working people, and they’re not entitled, they’re not complacent, whereas I see in the United States increasingly much more complacency, and entitlement, especially in places like the [San Francisco] Bay Area, and L.A. and New York.”
Musk’s new Tesla plant in China is reportedly doing well. He said he gets support from the government, although not as much as they give domestic companies.
