Tremonti Demonstrates How Schacht Is Back in Command

Former Italian Finance Minister Giulio Tremonti compared current central bank policies to those of Hjalmar Schacht, Hitler’s Economics Minister, in an interview with Il Giornale. Tremonti also said that Keynes admired Schacht. So far, only Lyndon LaRouche (whom Tremont recently characterized as “visionary”) had exposed current financial and monetary policies in such accurate terms.

Schacht’s Mefo Bills, Tremonti said, “are not much different from the system implemented by the ECB from 2012 onwards, with quantitative easing and fiat money, money out of nothing, with the current addition of turbo-debt-currency.”

Tremonti exposed the “subjection” of Italy to the EU through the most recent decisions to create a EU supranational debt. “Maybe we should better consider the fact that Italy, from the status of founding member [of the EU], has moved to the inferior status of a borrowing country, a contractor or a contracted station to manage others’ money through indebtedness.
