Blowback over Trump’s Attack on the Military-Industrial Complex

“I don’t buy that idea at all,” said Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), referring to President Donald Trump’s Labor Day statement that people in the Pentagon tied to the military- industrial complex would prefer to see wars continue. “I’ve known most of these three and four stars when they were colonels. They have their own family members in these fights…. The people who want to avoid the war the most are the ones who actually fight it,” Graham stated.
