Lord Darroch Adds Boris Johnson to His Target List.

Former UK Ambassador to the US, Kim Darroch, who was forced out of the country when memos were leaked exposing his role in the British coup attempt against President Trump, is releasing a book which will give his story. In an interview with the London Times released today, Darroch, whom Trump labelled a “pompous” and “whacky ambassador,” expanded his vitriol by going after Prime Minister Boris Johnson. Darroch, famous for calling Trump incompetent and advising that he could be controlled by “flooding the zone” of his advisors with agents of British influence, said that Boris Johnson, both as Foreign Minister and now as Prime Minister, is “fascinated” with Trump and was inspired by him.

Darroch writes in his book that Johnson was intrigued with Trump’s “limited vocabulary, the simplicity of the messaging, the disdain for political correctness, the sometimes incendiary imagery, and the at best intermittent relationship with facts and truth.”

He told the Times: “If you go back through the current prime minister’s history, he’s often said quite striking things. And he never apologises. So, Boris might have done this anyway, but certainly, having watched Trump in action, he wouldn’t have been put off.” He added that for Trump the feeling is somewhat mutual as he considers Johnson “a kindred spirit.”

Darroch also claims that Boris is in part responsible for Darroch losing his job. As the crisis was brewing within the US, Johnson was running for the Tory Party leadership, but refused to respond to press questions as to whether he would keep Darroch as Ambassador if he became PM.

Bloody Lord Darroch is doing his best to carry out the House of Lords policy of preventing a second term for Donald Trump by any means necessary — and perhaps to subvert Boris Johnson’s administration as well, following Johnson’s call for an FDR-style New Deal for the UK.
