Tulsi Gabbard Cosponsors Bill To Stop Ballot Harvesting

Reps. Tulsi Gabbard (HI)and Illinois Republican Rep. Rodney Davis introduced the Election Fraud Prevention Act Sept. 18, one of whose major provisions is that federal funding should be cut off for any state which allows “ballot harvesting”; that is, that third-parties are allowed to carry out mass collection of absentee and mail-in ballots. This is a direct attack on a major initiative of the Perkins Coie/Obama crew, which earlier this year filed suits in 16 states demanding specifically that ballot harvesting be allowed.
