Biden Clarifies Whether He Will Clarify His View on Court-Packing

At the ABC town hall event Thursday night, Sleepy Joe Biden again declined to answer whether as President he would adopt a strategy of packing the Supreme Court — adding additional Justices beyond the nine that currently serve. He promised to clarify his position before the Nov. 3 election, after seeing how the Judge Barrett confirmation goes. The meaning seems to be: if Barrett is confirmed, he will pursue court-packing.
