Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan made a “working” visit to Kuwait and Qatar today. Both states are sponsors of the Muslim Brotherhood, as is Erdogan, and Qatar in particular has been bankrolling many of Erdogan’s adventures. Erdogan was accompanied by several top officials, including Treasury and Finance Minister Berat Albayrak (hi son-in-law), National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar, Youth and Sports Minister Mehmet Kasapogğu, National Intelligence Organization head Hakan Fidan, Communications Director Fahrettin Altun, and presidential spokesman Ibrahim Kalın.
