On Wednesday evening, Barack Obama participated in his first “in-person” campaign event for Joe Biden. Supposedly for safety (but possibly because they were expecting the typical pathetic turnout for a Biden affair), it was a “drive-in” event, where the eager multitude could sit in their cars and hear the former president on their car radios. Sounds thrilling, doesn’t it? It appears — from the one stream this writer found that panned to the crowd — that there were a few dozen cars, and fewer than a hundred people were visible. Recall that Obama and his legacy lost the 2016 election.
