The Europace German House Price Index has reached its historical high, increasing by 0.7% in September and by 6% on an annual basis. The curve in real estate prices is almost identical with the curve of the ECB balance sheet. The bubble is largely fed by foreign capital, but also by German citizens who have been deprived of safe investment for their savings.
