In her Oct. 22 weekly webcast, Schiller Institute founder Helga Zepp-LaRouche encapsulated what is at stake in the Nov. 3 U.S. Presidential election, and the weeks immediately beyond, both for the U.S. and for the world.
“What is at stake here? You had an impeachment against President Trump, and at least an effort at a conviction, with the accusation that he had threatened to withhold aid to Ukraine if they would not cover up his involvement. Now, the reality is that exactly the opposite happened. What they accused Trump of having done in the impeachment, is what Joe Biden actually did!”
Zepp-LaRouche continued: “What is at stake here is not just a question of who wins the election, but the question is: Will the United States remain a republic and return to the idea of the Founding Fathers that it is a constitutional republic; or, is it going to be an empire basically run on the special relationship between the United States and Great Britain, as the de facto unipolar British Empire? The implication of that is gigantic, and I think everything depends on getting that Biden story out, that he and the British are so desperate to cover up….
“So what is really at stake here is the question of war and peace, because there is no doubt that that the Biden agenda is to bring back the entire war party machine — and you just look at the cast of characters and what they have said about Russia and China.”
Zepp-LaRouche emphasized the underlying economic crisis driving the British and their Malthusian Green agenda, as well as their geopolitical brinksmanship. “What is at stake is the question of which paradigm is going to come out of this situation on top. Because with the financial crisis; the definite escalation of the pandemic practically everywhere except China; an incredible famine in Africa; a collapsing real economy, it is very clear that these people intend to defend their dead system at all costs: contain Russia, contain China, and set in motion a geopolitical game which contains the seeds of World War III.”
People are being tested: war or peace, starvation or development, depends on individuals acting for the common good, Zepp-LaRouche affirmed. That means we must mobilize to ensure Trump’s resounding reelection, and it includes mobilizing for action on LaRouche South Africa leader Phillip Tsokolibane’s urgent appeal to President Trump, and to the world as a whole, to act to stop the threatened starvation of tens of millions in Africa, and to do that by putting a final end to the British system of genocide which is Joe Biden’s biggest sponsor.
