Trump’s 85-page legal challenge in Pennsylvania, filed on Monday, cites the deprivation of witnesses to the counting process, the lack of signature security of the mail-in ballots, the sending of mail-in ballots to the deceased and to non-residents, and, a new development, whereby about 14,000 mail-in votes counted for Biden in Delaware County have no mail-in ballots that can be accounted for. The county had 113,000 mail-in ballots on November 4 — and then revised that number upward to 127,000. The Delaware County board of elections gave the Trump campaign “no explanation” and they haven’t even responded to the media. Otherwise, the suit cited various irregularities, including voters in Fayette County testifying to having received mail-in ballots that were already filled out, and military ballots found in a trash bin. The state Republican Party has a Supreme Court suit regarding 7,800 ballots that arrived in the mail late — which seems to turn on whether the state Supreme Court had the right to extend the deadline three days after the election.
