Sidney Powell, who has just been taken on to President Donald Trump’s legal team, appeared on the Maria Bartiromo Fox News show this morning, claiming that she has documented evidence that Trump “won the election, not by thousands of votes, but by millions of votes that were shifted by the Smartmatic software, which was designed explicitly for that purpose…. We have sworn testimony from a whistleblower,” she said, who “saw it used in other countries” and in the U.S.. Not only did the Dominion voting machines use Smartmatic software, she said, but so also did other voting machine companies as well.
Powell asserted that “I never say anything I can’t prove,” and, it should be noted, that has been confirmed in her work in exposing the crimes of the Robert Mueller’s “Get Trump” team in the frame-up of Gen. Michael Flynn, and other cases Powell has led.
She identified Adm. Peter Neffenger (ret.) of the Atlantic Council as the president of Smartmatic, who is now on Biden’s transition team. Powell said that anyone who took the time to read Smartmatic’s own manual would see that “they explain how votes can be wiped away, like drag and drop votes to a separate folder and then delete that folder. It’s absolutely brazen how people bought these systems. Every state official that bought Dominion machines should have a serious investigation…. We have evidence of kickbacks …, what I would call `election insurance,’ because they know they can win if they use that software.”
The manipulation can come, she said, through a thumb drive inserted in the machine, “or uploading software over the internet, from Germany or Venezuela even — they can watch votes in real time, shift votes in real time…. They can have the machine not read the signature, or catalogue only the Biden votes.”
She claimed that many political leaders had complained over the years to the government about the corruption of the Smartmatic software, naming three Democrats — Carolyn Maloney, Elizabeth Warren, and Amy Klobuchar — with no response. “It makes me wonder if the CIA has used it for its own benefit in various places. Why Gina Haspel of the CIA is still there is beyond my comprehension. She should be fired immediately.” She added that “we are going to show the public exactly how rotten” the system has become.
