Yesterday, President Donald Trump fired, “effectively immediately,” Christopher Krebbs, director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), which operates under the aegis of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). It turns out that Krebs, a former security chief for Microsoft who had been appointed by Trump, was in league with the big tech companies, including Smartmatic and Dominion Voting Systems, in asserting that the 2020 elections were “the most secure in American history,” and that “there is no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes or was in any way compromised.”
