West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice (R) on Nov. 11 said that he did not acknowledge Joe Biden as the election victor, because the vote has not been settled. “As far as acknowledging that the election is over, I do not do that,” he said at his regularly scheduled press briefing on the state’s COVID-19 situation. He underscored his commitment to an honest election by saying, “If Joe Biden is truly our legally elected President of the United States, we should all celebrate and support him.”
