Supreme Court Rejects Texas Case Vs Four Swing States

In a short order released by the Supreme Court this afternoon, the Texas case challenging the results in four states, with Amicus briefs from 17 other states, from President Donald Trump, and a number of members of Congress, was rejected. “Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another state conducts its elections,” the court said, dismissing all other related claims as moot.
