U.S. President Donald Trump insisted late yesterday afternoon for the appointment of a special counsel to investigate the elections in a tweet: “After seeing the massive Voter Fraud in the 2020 Presidential Election, I disagree with anyone that thinks a strong, fast, and fair Special Counsel is not needed, IMMEDIATELY. This was the most corrupt election in the history of our Country, and it must be closely examined!”
Earlier the Wall Street Journal that Trump alleged was pushing for the appointment of special counsels to investigate election fraud related to the November vote, as well as to launch a probe into President-elect Joe Biden’s son Hunter.
