The FBI announced today that the pipe bombs found by investigators outside the headquarters for the Republican National Committee and the Democratic National Committee on Jan. 6, the day the U.S. Capitol was attacked, had actually been planted the night before—another demonstration that the anarchist invasion of the Congress was pre-planned, not “instigated by President Trump” as falsely claimed in the unconstitutional impeachment process now underway.
The FBI reported that it “has developed new information regarding the pipe bombs,” saying that they had video of a masked person planting them on the night before the planned demonstration in support of Trump in Washington. The FBI reward for information leading to the suspect’s arrest had been raised from $50,000 to $75,000 and has now grown to $100,000, reports the Washington Examiner. The Washington Post published other videos which match those obtained by the FBI, showing the suspect carrying and wearing his backpack and walking through Rumsey Court toward an area behind the RNC and Capitol Hill Club, where an anonymous source told the outlet he went to plant the bomb.
The Justice Department said Jan. 26 that it had received an estimated 200,000 digital media tips from the public so far and that more than 500 subpoenas and search warrants have been issued, the Examiner reports.
