Twitter: It Is Not Permitted To Discuss `Perfect' 2020 Election on Social Media

Twitter announced the following as its “social integrity policy,” using the case of Rep. Majorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), fairly described as a right-wing figure in Congress.

In removing Taylor Greene’s tweets about the Georgia elections, Twitter said: “The company will label or remove false or misleading information intended to undermine public confidence in an election or other civic process. This includes but is not limited to: disputed claims that could undermine faith in the process itself, such as unverified information about election rigging, ballot tampering, vote tallying, or certification of election results; and misleading claims about the results or outcome of a civic process [a trial in which a leading figure is framed up, perhaps?—ed.] which call for or could lead to interference with the implementation of the results of the process” (perhaps Julian Assange’s indefinite jailing?).
