Kerry and Lavrov Discuss Climate Politics

John Kerry, the U.S. Special Presidential Envoy for Climate, initiated a phone call yesterday with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov to discuss the implementation of the Paris Accord. Biden’s first act after being sworn in as President was to have the U.S. rejoin the green movement’s flagship Paris Accord.
