The Virginia legislature voted Monday to abolish the death penalty. Two men on death row will have their sentences changed to life without parole. Unfortunately, they also voted to legalize marijuana.
The LaRouche movement has fought to abolish the death penalty for many years, including a march on the capital of Virginia, Richmond, in 1993.
