Two videos posted on the YouTube account of Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) have been removed. The videos were of testimony before the Senate’s Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs, in which Dr. Pierre Kory discussed his thoughts on ivermectin as a promising treatment for COVID-19.
Independent journalists providing unfiltered footage of events such as the Jan. 6 storming of the Capitol have seen their videos removed and their account demonetized — meaning that they can no longer run ads on their videos to generate revenue for themselves as content creators.
