President Joe Biden, who has not held a press conference since the inauguration, and seldom speaks off script, has apparently turned over his foreign affairs duties to the totally inexperienced Vice President Kamala Harris. Harris in the past days has held phone calls with senior world leaders, including Israel’s Bibi Netanyahu, France’sEmmanuel Macron, Australia’s Scott Morrison, and Canada’s Justin Trudeau.
Biden participated in the House Democratic Caucus Virtual Issues Conference on March 3, chaired by Nancy Pelosi. At the end of the event, Biden thanked Pelosi, and said: “And I’m happy to take questions if that’s what you — I’m supposed to do, Nance. Whatever you want me to do.”
