Biden today announced the 40 countries’ heads of state and government being invited to his virtual Green Bash on Earth Day, April 22-23. The invitation includes the man he called a “killer” who has “no soul” last week — Vladimir Putin. Xi Jinping is also invited. It is not known if those on the list have already accepted the invitations or not.
