Enlisted Troops Can’t Figure Out Why Jan. 6 Is a Major Problem but Seattle Destruction Is Not

Troops participating in the Pentagon’s extremism “training” in the military are asking why the BLM riots, like those in Seattle, are not being treated the same way as the Jan. 6 breach of the U.S. Capitol. This obvious question has apparently caught military leaders off-guard. That the two events are viewed as equivalent by some troops has caught the Pentagon’s attention in its effort to educate service members that extremist views and activity go against the oath they took when they joined the military, the top enlisted leader told reporters on March 18, reported McClatchy News.
