While all reporting is on “negotiations” between America, Iran and three EU powers, the dialogue between Vladimir Putin and Ali Khamenei continues. Russian Ambassador to Tehran Levan Dzhagaryan handed Ali Akbar Velayati, chief adviser to Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, a message from President Putin to Khamenei.
