Call it blarney, call it malarkey, call it bullshit; St. Patrick would never tolerate such dangerous nonsense as the Federal Open Market Committee’s policy statement today. It was as follows:
The U.S. economy is going to rise to 6.5% GDP growth for the year 2021, they claim;
The unemployment rate is going to drop from 6.9% (they claim!?!) to 4.5%, they claim;
The inflation rate is now at 2.2% (they claim!) and could be 2.5% for the year, they claim;
