Credit Suisse shares have plunged under the 10 CHF threshold closing at 9.9. According to some analysts, CS capital could plunge below the minimum capital requirements. Losses incurred in the Greensill case are $3 billion and $4 billion in the Archegos case. However, CS is not revealing the real losses according to Inside Paradeplatz. The Swiss financial site quotes economist Hans Geiger saying “the universal banking model is dead''. According to Neue Zürcher Zeitung, CS’s losses are “gigantic.”
