Upon greeting US Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Undersecretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland in Kiev this morning, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba congratulated Nuland on her appointment to her current position. “I’ve been through many things on Maidan, but the only big moment I missed was your cookies,” he told her.
