Call for Senate To Take Up “American Nuclear Infrastructure Act” Comes from 24 Energy Groups

A letter to four Senators to reintroduce the “American Nuclear Infrastructure Act” (ANIA) was issued June 1 by 24 energy firms and organizations, including the Edison Electric Institute, the American Nuclear Society, and GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy. The co-signators said that the “programs established in this bill support currently operating nuclear reactors and the next generation of reactor technologies.”

The letter otherwise has the sorry and common obeisance to the green fraud of the C02 enemy, by motivating nuclear power for contributing to “low carbon electricity,” and even having usefulness to “decarbonize other energy sectors.”
