Kansas and Iowa Have Greatest Share of Electricity from Unreliable Wind

Iowa and Kansas lead the United States in share of electricity from wind power. Thus, two of the world’s major food-producing areas for basic crops and livestock are at the mercy of the green “renewables” madness, which can cause mega-disruptions to food globally, and also plunge local residents and their animals into freezing or baking, in the dark.

As of this past spring, over 57% of Iowa’s electricity is wind-powered, and 43% is wind in Kansas. Texas has more wind power installed than these states combined, but the wind share of Texas’s total electricity is lower. The “Texas Freeze” in this past February showed the inevitable risk throughout the High Plains—praised as a natural “wind belt” by the greenie swindlers.
