Biden National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan characterized North Korean Chairman Kim Jong Un’s recent comments reported by Reuters, in which Kim urged preparation of “both dialogue and confrontation” as an “interesting signal,” Olafimihan Oshin reported today in The Hill.
Reuters reported June 18 that Kim said that he is preparing for both “dialogue and confrontation” with the Biden Administration, in Kim’s first comments on the Biden Presidency.
