Malthusian Insanity: Every Three Americans Kill One Person with "Emissions"

As if any further evidence were necessary to prove that the Greenies are nuts, Daniel Bressler, from Columbia University’s Earth Institute, published a study claiming that the lifestyles of Americans have such a huge carbon footprint that every three American’s are in the process of killing one person because of the higher temperature caused by their emissions. The Guardian, of course, reports this with a straight face, adding that emissions from every coal plant will kill 900 people. “The new research [sic] builds upon what is known as the `social cost of carbon,’ a monetary figure placed upon the damage caused by each ton of carbon dioxide emissions,” the Guardian writes,”by assigning an expected death toll from the emissions that cause the climate crisis.”

As expected, these Malthusian lunatics claim that their genocidal efforts to shut down the world economy are intended to save lives: “Eliminating planet-heating emissions by 2050 would save an expected 74 million lives around the world this century.”
