Former Virginia Republican State Senator Richard Black has endorsed Helga Zepp-LaRouche’s Statement “Can ‘The West’ Learn? What Afghanistan Needs Now!” Senator Black is a retired U.S. Army Colonel, who served with the Marines in Vietnam (becoming a Captain); he is former chief of the Army Criminal Law Division, Office of the Judge Advocate General at the Pentagon. Senator Black is well known for his outspoken criticism of the United States’ unjust wars in Syria, Iraq and elsewhere.
