Even though Pfizer’s Scott Gottlieb announced on Aug. 29 that Pfizer, later in September, would be submitting data to the FDA on their COVID-19 vaccine trials for 5- to 11-year-olds, in fact it is becoming very likely that there will be no vaccines for elementary school children before the end of the year. Presently, with the attempt at opening schools, some 35,000 children (17 and younger) in the U.S. are testing positive for COVID-19 every day, now comprising a full 22% of all new official daily cases in the country. The medical advice is that children wear masks and stay away from unvaccinated adults.
