A brief review of the history of Nicholas Burns is useful as he prepares to be the new U.S. Ambassador of War on China. He is a leading member of several central British Empire intelligence operations: Atlantic Council; CFR; Ditchley Foundation (Vice President — this is the institute of John Train and Baroness Elizabeth Symons of anti-LaRouche operations); and Chatham House (Senior Advisor); Aspen Strategy Group and Aspen Security Forum (Executive Director) . As Undersecretary of State under both Condoleezza Rice and Madeleine Albright (i.e., Bush and Clinton) he was responsible for Russian and related operations. As Ambassador to NATO from 2001 to 2005 he oversaw the invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq.
