Unnamed officials told the Washington Post yesterday that the Russians are engaged in another buildup of troops along the border with Ukraine. They said the troop movements have reignited concerns that arose in April, when the largest buildup of troops by Russia near the Ukrainian border in years, resulted from an exercise. A Ukrainian official claims “80-90,000” Russian troops are along the border. More to come on this.
