Former central banker and current Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi met with World Economic Forum founder and president Klaus Schwab in Rome yesterday. A statement on the Italian government website says that “the talk was centered on the next yearly meeting of the WEF, scheduled for January 2022 in Davos, and on the main issues included also in the agenda of the Italian G20 Presidency, with particular reference to the issue of post-pandemic economic and social recovery.”
