Eritrea and Guinea-Bissau have announced plans to join the Belt and Road Initiative, on the eve of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC), held every three years, which begins tomorrow in Dakar, Senegal. The two nations have reportedly signed a formal agreement with China ahead of the FOCAC forum, according to RT.
