Epidemiologists around the world have warned that a failure to ensure global administration of COVID-19 vaccines within the next year – at the very latest — could allow vaccine-resistant variants to spread among unprotected populations to such an extent that current shots become ineffective, Jake Johnson wrote in an article for the website Common Dreams, and republished in Consortium News, the website of Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity, on March 31 of this year.
The article revealed that dozens of epidemiologists from dozens of countries around the world issued “a loud warning” in late March that failure to ensure global administration of COVID-19 vaccines within a year at most from that time, could allow vaccine-resistant variants to spread among unprotected populations to an extent that would make current shots ineffective.
