Austria Expects Energy Blackouts To Be Threat to Nation

Based on expert warnings that Europe would face rolling electricity blackouts, Austrian Defense Minister Klaudia Tanner had already declared, at the end of October (!), that the question was not if, but when, a blackout would occur this winter, and warned citizens to prepare for losing electricity, heating, and internet. The country’s military has reportedly begun its preparations for such a scenario. Details were not disclosed
