German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock’s new “climate envoy,” Jennifer Morgan, is “Agenda contributor” at the World Economic Forum (WEF), where she has been active at least since 2015. No wonder that among the first to congratulate Morgan for her new job was WEF key figure Al Gore. Baerbock, who was groomed in the “young global leader” program of the WEF, might have met Morgan first in Davos.
